Kona Coast is open and NOT affected by the volcano

Aloha, you are safe to come visit the Kona Cliff House and Kona Coast as this area is NOT affected by volcanic activity.  The Kilauea eruption is 100 miles away on the other side of the island towards Hilo.    Check out these links for updates Hawaii Island Visitor Bureau  and Hawaii National Park Service updates.

Now is a great time to visit!  The water is warm, the flower and fauna beautiful and all is safe and sound at the Kona Cliff House.  We hope to see you here soon!!
