We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kona Cliff House. The house is perfect with roomy insides, great kitchen for folks like us that enjoy cooking on vacation, a porch that we didn’t ever want to leave, a view that is amazing, and an almost private beach down below.

The location suited us perfectly too as it is remote enough to be away from people. Highly recommend the Kona Cliff House! Thanks for sharing your fantastic place with us. So many amazing things about it. The view is unbelievable, porch fantastic, space inside perfect and thanks for providing Netflix, a great touch which helped us enjoy long, slow, relaxing sunsets and evenings at “home”. We hope to come again some day.

We loved this house! The pictures do not give the view justice, it is amazing! We enjoyed being able to relax on the lanai and enjoy the scenery. There is a beach just a few blocks away and a hidden beach a short hike away. The house is the perfect size for a couple of 2, it was clean, and updated. Keith and Kelly made check-in/out a breeze, always quick to respond if we had a question, and provided a very helpful book with activities on the island along with information on the house.

For us it was centrally located between different activities we had planned across the island. However, be prepared to stock up on groceries. We had not realized how far this house was from local restaurants and other town amenities. Yet, we found it very relaxing being able to make meals on our own time, enjoy the outdoor seating, and take in the beautiful view. Cooking was also very easy as all cooking utensils/appliances/grill were provided. After we left the big island and continued our vacation we repeatedly stated that we wish we were back at the Kona Cliff House!

In summary, this is a great house if your are looking for a relaxing secluded vacation or a house that will allow you to find local outdoor activities. I would 100% recommend this house!

Keith and Kelly’s place is absolutely amazing! Listening to the waves crash on the beach below, fresh breezes blowing through the windows, super comfy bed and pillows = recipe for the most restful sleep ever! My husband and I absolutely loved every moment of our stay.

Keith and Kelly have gone “above and beyond” to think of all sorts of amenities and we honestly felt like we were staying in a friend’s home. The kitchen is fully stocked and we SO appreciated everything from salt/pepper and spices to cooking oil and ketchup. Loved the non-scratched up cooking ware, tupperware, and even a lemon squeezer. Plenty of toilet paper, an extra fan, blankets, pad of paper, a little stereo to listen to reggae … <>

Take me back! The layout and design is just awesome with the focus always on the spectacular view. Book this place right now – You will NOT be disappointed! :o)

Here is a recent review from one of our guests at the Kona Cliff House:”My husband and I have stayed in numerous Airbnbs and the Kona Cliff House was by far the best that we’ve stayed in!  The view from the lanai was absolutely stunning and we spent every evening watching the sunset from there.  Pebble Beach was just a few blocks below and you can walk it or drive if you aren’t in the mood to walk up the hill afterwards.  The amenities at the house were fantastic.  We were impressed with the kitchen – both the modern appliances as well as the well stocked spice cupboard/utensils.  The place was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the variety of seating on the lanai… what more could you ask for?!  Keith and Kelly were very easy to communicate with and were very helpful when we had questions prior to our arrival.  I would highly recommend this Airbnb!!”  Dankia and Robin
